Martin Gray

Martin Gray studied Fine Art at Central Saint Martin's School of Art, London. His major solo photographic exhibition staged at Glasgow Art Gallery & Museum, Kelvingrove, entitled 'Barras People' received over 150,000 visitors and major press coverage. He has worked extensively with Random House on photographic assignments; illustrated the award-winning River Cafe Cookbook series for Ebury Press; and ghostwritten several books, including EastEnders' Sid Owen. His work within the music industry includes album covers, promotional/documentary work and music videos for artists such as The Proclaimers, Belle and Sebastian and Capercaillie/Karen Matheson. He lives in the West End of Glasgow.
