Jill Colona

Jill Colonna is Scottish but she moved to Paris nearly 20 years ago. When she tasted her first Parisian macaron it was love at first bite. Since then she has become a macaronivore. As the best macarons tend to be expensive to buy, over the last few years she has risen to the challenge of making pictureperfect macarons at home. Creating perfection and inventing new tastes is vital for Jill, and her macarons are now in great demand from friends, family and associates. Now she shares her experiences and shows you that macarons are so much easier to make than you think. Jill appeared at the Good Food Show Scotland, and on Fred McAuley’s BBC Radio Scotland show and has held tastings in Paris at WH Smith, and other key stores in Paris.
