How much is postage?

How can I pay?

Please note, all transactions will appear as MyBookSource.com on your bank or credit card statement, so you always know exactly what we’ve charged you.
Prices listed include UK VAT if applicable. VAT rates can vary from country to country, and all digital downloads will be charged at your local VAT rate.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times will vary depending on where your order is being delivered to. Please see Delivery and Returns.
We will send you an email when we have despatched your order. If you have not received your order within 15 days if you are based in the UK, and within 28 days if you are based outside the UK, please Contact Us and we will send you a replacement order.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an order placed for a book before the publication date. The expected publication date is included on the book’s information page.
Payment will be taken at the time of ordering and we will send your book once it’s published (see Delivery and Returns). If you wish to cancel a pre-order before the book has been published, just Contact Us.
Can I track my order?
Most orders are sent via Royal Mail, using a non-tracked service. However, if you choose our express delivery service, your order will be sent via one of our courier partners and you can track it by logging into My Account or by clicking on the link in your despatch email. High value orders are also sent via courier.
Can I cancel my order?
We will do our best to cancel your order. However, we have a very quick turnaround time, so it may be too late. If it has already been sent, you can return it to us. Please see Delivery and Returns.
How can I return my order?
We hope you are pleased with your order, but we understand you may want to return it. This is very quick and easy to do. Please see Delivery and Returns.
Can I place my order by phone?
Unfortunately customers can only place orders through the website. This allows us to despatch your order as quickly as possible, and allows you to keep track of all of your orders through My Account.
I want to order an eBook. How does this work?
Ordering an eBook is easy. When you purchase the eBook we’ll send a file to your account. You can then download it to your eReader. We’ll send two files: one you can use with Kindles, the other on other eReaders. Please note that eBooks are non-refundable. For more details, please see eBook Help.
